Retun Policy
Itmes purchased from Lizbeth's Desirables if returned will incur 12.5% restocking fees.
If you have any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order- Please contact us before we ship the product(s), as once as it leaves from our end we have incurred our cost.
If, for some reason, you would like to return your item(s), please notify us within 3 days (business) of receipt of your item(s), then send them back in the original packaging, (insurance is recommended) and we need to receive it within 10 days of notification. (Receipt/Invoice/Purchase order must accompany order being returned) Once we receive the package, you will then be issued a refund. Return amount is for the item(s) purchased price only. Shipping cost, Insurance paid, restocking fee will not be refunded. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT RECEIPT/INVOICE.
If you wish to return items you have purchased from us but you have FAILED to inform us within 3 days of receiving your order, and 30 days have not passed since you have received your order--We will entertain your return, but a 25% Restocking fee applies.
